The Medicaid|Medicare|CHIP Services Dental Association (MSDA) is the national membership non-profit organization representing all State Medicaid and CHIP Dental Programs, as well as the managed care and accountable care organizations and providers that contract with State Medicaid programs to administer and deliver quality oral healthcare services to their beneficiaries.
