Minnesota’s Opioid Epidemic Response Advisory Council (OERAC) is directed to focus on prevention and education, training on the treatment of addiction, expansion and enhancement of the continuum of care for opioid-related substance use disorders, the development of measure to assess and protect those with needs for prescription pain medication to maintain their access.
